How and when your order from thenervebrand.com gets to you.
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–4 business days in transit. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 3–5 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier conditions and holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and want to order, email us at grace@thenervebrand.com and we'll let you know what's possible.
Tracking your order
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Can't find it? Email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Address changes & cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email grace@thenervebrand.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to update it. Once a package is in transit we can't reroute it, but we'll always help you sort it out.
Lost or "delivered but missing" packages
Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a day early. Please give it 48 hours and check with neighbors or your building. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
Amazon orders
Orders placed on Amazon — including The Neuropathy Guy Nerve Cream — are shipped and tracked through your Amazon account under Your Orders › Track Package.
