Make any change anytime before your next billing date — no fees, no minimum term, no hoops. Cancelling stops all future orders immediately.
You're reminded before every order
Before any subscription order ships, we send advance email reminders so you always know what's coming and when, with a clear window to cancel, skip, or push back your next shipment before it's billed.
Update your payment, address, or shipping date
Change your card, shipping address, or the date of your next order right from the portal. Prefer we handle it? Just email us.
Refunds on a subscription order that already shipped
Because you're notified ahead of every shipment, subscription orders that have already shipped are refunded only on return of the product:
• Contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to start a return.
• Send the product back in its original packaging (sealed or unsealed both qualify).
• Once we receive it, we'll issue a full refund of that order's product cost to your original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
