We want you to feel the difference — or get your money back. Here's exactly how returns, refunds, and subscriptions work for orders placed on thenervebrand.com.
One-time orders
Tried it and it wasn't for you — our 60-Day Relief Guarantee
You can't tell if something works without actually using it. So if you opened your product, gave it an honest try, and it didn't deliver, you're still covered. Reach out within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund. If your order included multiple units, we simply ask that you return any unopened ones with your claim. This guarantee covers your first qualifying order, one claim per customer.
Unopened & unused product — full refund
Changed your mind? Send any unopened, unused product back within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the full purchase price of those items once we receive them. Product just needs to arrive in original, resalable condition with the seal intact. Return shipping is covered by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free gifts & bundle items
Any free gift or bonus item is yours to keep. If you return the qualifying purchase that earned a "buy more, save more" or "buy X get Y" price, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the single-item or non-promotional price of what you keep.
Subscriptions
You're always in control. You can cancel, pause, skip, or reschedule anytime before your next billing date — no fees, no phone calls, no hoops — from your customer portal.
We notify you before every order
Before any subscription order ships, we send advance email reminders so you always know what's coming and when, with a clear window to cancel, skip, or push back your next shipment before it's billed and sent.
Refunds on subscription orders
Because you're notified ahead of every shipment, subscription orders that have already shipped are refunded only on return of the product:
• Contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to start a return.
• Send the product back in its original packaging (sealed or unsealed both qualify — we just need it returned).
• Once we receive it, we'll issue a full refund of that order's product cost to your original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancelling is always free and immediate
Cancelling before your billing date costs nothing and stops all future orders. There is no commitment, minimum term, or cancellation fee. If you cancel after an order has already been billed and shipped, that order follows the subscription return terms above.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If any order — one-time or subscription — arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's our mistake to fix. Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. There's nothing to send back.
How to start a return
Email us at grace@thenervebrand.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. You can also manage, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime from your customer portal. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your product and go back to your original payment method.
Amazon orders
Orders placed on Amazon — including The Neuropathy Guy Nerve Cream — follow Amazon's return and refund process. Please request returns or refunds for those orders through your Amazon account so they stay tied to your order.
A note on fairness
This guarantee is built on good faith and is intended to be used once per customer. We reserve the right to decline refunds on excessive or repeated claims, returns outside the stated windows, or product that arrives used when an unused return was requested.
